Our guidelines for returning goods, reporting damages, and requesting refunds

Returns Policy

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

We apologise if you have experienced an error with your SiDAX delivery.

Please report any damages or discrepancies within 7 days of receipt by contacting sales@sidax.com or calling 03330 383388, quoting your SiDAX Despatch Reference (e.g. SPNXS0012345, found on your email delivery note).

Replacements will be dispatched without delay (subject to availability).

If your consignment arrives in poor condition, please:

  • Note the damage on the carrier's delivery documents or device
  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and delivery label

Important: Credits for parcel shortages cannot be upheld if the delivery was signed for as complete.

Customer Return Requests

This applies to goods that are no longer required and must be pre-approved by the SiDAX sales team.

All requests must include the relevant SiDAX Despatch Reference (e.g. SPNXS0012345, found on your email delivery note) and be submitted to sales@sidax.com or by calling 03330 383388.

Conditions for return

  • Only goods purchased within the last 28 days may be considered
  • Minimum invoice value for return: £100.00
  • A £20.00 handling charge may be applied to all returns and deducted from any credit or refund issued

Goods must be

  • In original packaging
  • Unused, unopened, undamaged
  • Free from additional labels, markings or security tags

Goods with expiry or best-before dates may be declined. Goods returned will be inspected by our QC Department and only items suitable for resale will be credited. Products must not be returned in less than minimum order quantities.

Customer responsibility

  • Arrange return shipping
  • Pack goods appropriately to ensure resale condition upon arrival

Unauthorised returns will be refused. Credits or refunds will only be issued once goods are received and approved by QC.

Returns Due to Service Failure

If stock is being returned due to a confirmed service failure, SiDAX will arrange collection at our cost.

Goods must remain in a resalable condition and will be inspected by our QC team before credit is issued.

Thank you for your understanding. We will always attempt to accommodate all genuine reasons for returned items.
